Hi Coalition!
Solstinox was amazing. What started out as an inquiry of "What can I do to help Curtis" became something much bigger and grander than I had ever conceived. For the short time I was involved and useful to the cause, you guys shined. Things really got going when Heidi picked up the ball and ran with it, and you all dazzled. Anyway, since I took myself out of leadership in this event I feel kinda weird thanking you, since it really was Heidi's baby from that point on and she has done a more-than-adequate job in the Gratitude Dept... but know that I'm grateful that you were all so willing to say YES, to play, to help out our man Curtis, and create something that was really, really special. And thank you for supporting Heidi.
Hasta la playa, or at least until I am able to make it up there to NorCal.
Once Curtis is better, then he can plan the next Solstinox. Right, Curtis?

Tue, March 8, 2005 - 9:16 PMIt's all your fault Al. I just wanted a way to raise money with Curtis' CDs, and you said "how about a release party?". Then the timing got close to March 5th, and I felt that Solstinox tingle taking over again. So I knew it would be good...
I don't know who will plan next year's event, but I do know it will be good, because some holidays are just too much fun for burners to leave alone...
